Charles Hobgood has been a design consultant for over 30 years working within the hospitality facility design field and the tradeshow marketing exhibit industry, as well. He is a graduate of the University of Evansville, Evansville, Indiana and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree.

Circe Lucas has been active in interior design and residential textiles since 1996. She is a graduate of Staffordshire University, United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Fine Arts Degree, and she also holds a B-Tec National Diploma in General Art & Design.

Charles Hobgood and Circe Lucas have been designing textile designs together as a team since 2006. 

In January 2008, both Hobgood and Lucas were awarded the International Bronze Award Best Design by the Wools of New Zeland Association for their English Rose design for. The international design competition was held at the Domotex 2008 Fairheld in Hannover, Germany.

In addition, the Collection One was released at the Surfaces 2008 Show, Las Vegas, Nevada held in February 2008. At this Fair, CH Designs showcased the nine foot diameter round rug designs of Collection One.

Their designs vary from contemporary to traditional, from black and white to vibrant color to muted tones, all of which are available in a cadre of sizes including two sizes of round rug designs.
